1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration

Registering more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being frozen and winnings voided.

3.2 Accurate & Up-to-Date Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during and after registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, identity card number (MyKad), email address, phone number, and bank account or e-wallet details.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. hot 321 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

4Deposits & Payments

hot 321 accepts deposits via the following valid Malaysian payment methods:

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Deposits via third-party accounts or digital wallets are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5Fund Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal at hot 321, your account must have completed the full verification process (KYC). The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit — this is an anti-money laundering measure.

5.2 Processing Timeframes

• Standard withdrawal: 10–30 minutes (DuitNow, FPX)
• Digital wallet withdrawal: Under 10 minutes (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost)

5.3 Rollover Requirements

• The outcome of all games is final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a system failure or technical disruption during a game round, the bet will be returned to the player's account.
• Hot 321 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent body to ensure the fairness of all games.
• Any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities or bugs in the gaming system is a serious violation that may result in account closure and the forfeiture of all winnings.

8Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

9Limitation of Liability

hot 321 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the following situations:

• Failures or delays caused by third parties, including internet service providers or payment processors.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of anticipated profits.
• Your own actions or omissions that are in breach of these terms and conditions.
• Circumstances beyond hot 321's control (force majeure), including natural disasters, power outages, or regulatory decisions by authorities.

Hot 321's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Account Closure

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team hot 321. Before the account is closed, all outstanding rollover requirements must be met and any eligible balance withdrawn.

10.2 Closure by hot 321

Hot 321 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if:
